Shipping

We offer complimentary domestic shipping for purchases over $50.

Domestic Standard Shipping: 

  • Orders will be processed and shipped in 1-2 business days of purchase
  • Delivery time (excluding US holidays) is 3-10 business days
  • Tracking information provided via email
  • Inclement weather conditions are not factored into delivery time and may cause delays 

International Shipping: 

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase
  • Minimum delivery time of 15 business days (excluding US holidays) 
  • Tracking information provided via email
  • International customs issues are not factored into delivery time and may cause delays
  • Packages can be held in international customs dependent on the country for upwards of 10 business days

Shipping to Multiple Addresses?
The cost is $5 for each additional shipping address.  

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your experience using EveryHue Beauty products.  However, if you need to return or exchange your purchase:

We will be happy to coordinate an exchange or site credit for items that have not been opened or used and are in the original packaging.   If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@everyhuebeauty.com for shipping instructions.  An item that you wish to return or exchange must be received within 14 days after your delivery date.  Please DO NOT return a package without tracking, you will not be credited for items we have not received.

If you find that your product is defective, please contact us immediately at info@everyhuebeauty.com.   

Please do not send back product without first contacting us for shipping instructions.  For returns, securing tracking information is the responsibility of the consumer.

Backorders:

If the item(s) you have selected is currently sold out, we will give you an expected ship date at checkout or by a follow-up email.  You will not be charged until the product ships.
